Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support quotations, invoices, sales orders, and order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers about inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing.
• Follow up on pending inquiries, orders, payments, and sales-related matters.
• Assist with daily sales administration and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related reports and records.
• Keep sales documents organized and updated.

Requirements

• Previous Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, professional, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Compensation and Employment

• The position is full-time and offers stable employment.
• Salary is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
