• We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:
• ü Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
• ü A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals.
• ü Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
• ü Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
• ü A drive to meet and exceed targets
• ü Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• · Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
• · Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
• · Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
• · Carrying out part exchange appraisals
