About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Consultant - Immigration** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospects through immigration pathways, converting leads into clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role combines sales expertise with an understanding of immigration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Conduct consultations to assess clients’ eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., work permits, PR, student visas, Visit Visas).
- Present suitable immigration options and recommend appropriate pathways.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of immigration programs, rules, and updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Prepare client files and coordinate with documentation/processing teams as required.
- Provide high-quality after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in **sales**, **immigration consulting**, or **customer service**.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand immigration guidelines and explain them to clients in simple terms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Fluency in **Hindi** (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
