Role Overview
BEACON India seeks a motivated Sales Consultant - Trainee to develop sales, client relations, and business development skills.
The role includes training, customer needs analysis, solution presentation, and support for senior sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build the client base through research and outreach.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities.
- Support senior consultants with sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in training on sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate across departments to support customer satisfaction and smooth sales processes.
- Maintain CRM records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide administrative support and conduct client follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
