Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant , you'll be the first point of contact for prospective consumers, families, carers and referral partners enquiring about Amplar Health's Support at Home services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build meaningful relationships, understand each consumer's circumstances and goals, and guide them through available care and service options.
You will play a critical role in converting enquiries into service commencement by helping consumers navigate the aged care landscape, articulating the value of Amplar Health's services, and ensuring a seamless transition into the intake and onboarding process.
Working closely with our intake and concierge teams, you'll ensure a seamless experience from first contact through to service commencement by:
Building trusted relationships with prospective consumers, carers and families.
Understanding consumer needs and guide them through my aged care and how to access support at home
Managing and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using CRM and digital tools.
Coordinating smooth transitions from enquiry through to intake and onboarding.
Delivering a compliant, consumer-first experience while working collaboratively across the business
This is a permanent full-time position offering flexibility to work from home or one of our offices or a combination of both.

About You
You are a customer-focused sales or service professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people navigate important decisions.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, aged care or a related industry
Strong communication, relationship-building and active listening skills
Experience managing enquiries and pipelines through CRM systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A consultative approach and genuine passion for helping people make informed decisions
