Role Overview

  • We are looking for a results driven B2B Business Advisor or Sales Executive to join CoreNova on a commission only basis.
  • This is a flexible, performance based engagement – there are no fixed working hours. You operate as an independent contributor, identifying and closing deals for our IDP and DMS solutions. You earn when you sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify B2B leads through outbound outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking)
  • Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with decision makers (CIOs, CFOs, COOs, Operations Heads)
  • Present and demo CoreNova’s IDP and DMS solutions, articulating clear ROI and business value
  • Prepare and submit proposals, handle objections, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Coordinate with CoreNova’s technical team for solution scoping, demos, and proof of concept engagements
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to the implementation team
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline status

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise software or technology sales (SaaS, DMS, ERP, or IDP preferred)
  • Strong outbound sales and cold outreach capabilities (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to engage and sell to C level and senior management stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with the UAE/GCC enterprise market is a strong advantage
  • Existing network in FMCG, telecom, retail, finance, or government sectors is a plus

Compensation & Payment Terms

  • 100% Commission Based
  • Commission Rate: 15% of total contract value per closed deal
  • Payment Trigger: Aligned with each client contract’s payment terms
  • Payment Timeline: Net 15 days from CoreNova’s receipt of client payment
  • Base Salary: None – This is a pure commission engagement

Engagement Terms

  • This is a freelance / independent contractor engagement, not an employment contract
  • No fixed working hours – you manage your own schedule and workflow
  • You are expected to actively pursue and close deals on an ongoing basis
  • CoreNova will provide sales collateral, product training, demo support, and technical backing
  • Non disclosure and non compete terms apply as per a separate Independent Contractor Agreement
