Position Overview

  • We are seeking experienced Sales Consultants with a strong background in secondary real estate sales and rental activities within Dubai. The ideal candidate specializes in one or more key communities and brings a proven track record of closing deals, managing client relationships, and navigating Dub

Key Responsibilities

  • Secondary Market Sales — Manage property listings (Bayut and Property Finder), conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close resale transactions.
  • Rental Portfolio Management — Handle leasing activities, tenant sourcing, renewals, and rental negotiations.
  • Area Specialization — Act as the go‑to expert for one or more Dubai communities, providing insights on pricing, trends, and inventory.
  • Client Acquisition — Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Market Analysis — Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • CRM Management — Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions.
  • Negotiation & Closing — Deliver strong negotiation outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Real Estate Experience — Minimum 1–3 years in Dubai’s secondary market and/or rental sector.
  • Area Expertise — Deep knowledge of at least one Dubai community (e.g., Marina, Downtown, JVC, Palm, etc.).
  • Communication Skills — Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Driving License — Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Tech Savvy — Comfortable using CRM systems, listing portals, and digital communication tools.
