- Manage property listings (Bayut and Property Finder), conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close resale transactions
- Handle leasing activities, tenant sourcing, renewals, and rental negotiations
- Act as the go to expert for one or more Dubai communities, providing insights on pricing, trends, and inventory
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions
- Deliver strong negotiation outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years in Dubai’s secondary market and/or rental sector
- Deep knowledge of at least one Dubai community (e.g., Marina, Downtown, JVC, Palm, etc.)
- Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Comfortable using CRM systems, listing portals, and digital communication tools

Position Overview

- Secondary Market Sales — Manage property listings (Bayut and Property Finder), conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close resale transactions.
- Rental Portfolio Management — Handle leasing activities, tenant sourcing, renewals, and rental negotiations.
- Area Specialization — Act as the go‑to expert for one or more Dubai communities, providing insights on pricing, trends, and inventory.
- Client Acquisition — Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Market Analysis — Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications
- Real Estate Experience — Minimum 1–3 years in Dubai’s secondary market and/or rental sector.
