LARAIX Developers LLC is hiring an experienced **Sales Consultant** with strong knowledge of the **UAE Off-Plan Real Estate Market**.
The ideal candidate must be confident in handling clients, closing deals, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced developer environment.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years UAE experience** in **Off-Plan Property Sales** (Developer)
- Strong skills in **lead conversion, client handling & closing**
- Ability to work with **payment plans, unit bookings, and SPA coordination**
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Familiar with **DLD/RERA processes** and developer sales standards
- Target-oriented, confident, professional personality
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales leads for off-plan projects
- Conduct property presentations, site visits & client meetings
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
