Opportunity Overview
Riverside Energy Systems is seeking a Sales Consultant for its Kamloops team to grow residential solar sales across British Columbia.
The company provides solar, battery, and energy solutions for homeowners, businesses, First Nations, and remote or off-grid customers.
The role manages the sales process from initial client engagement through close and coordinates with technical and operational teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Respond within service standards, maintain follow-up, and keep clear next steps until opportunities are won, lost, or nurtured.
- Conduct discovery to understand client needs, investment, decision process, timing, and site constraints.
- Develop solutions aligned with client needs, technical requirements, and approved pricing.
- Secure signed agreements and provide Engineering and Operations with information needed for delivery.
- Maintain accurate opportunity stages, values, notes, activities, risks, and outcome reasons in the CRM.
- Build a pipeline through referrals, partnerships, community relationships, targeted outbound activity, and company-generated leads.
- Provide accurate technical, financial, incentive, and warranty information while maintaining approved commercial parameters.
- Complete certification requirements and participate in coaching and development.
