Showroom & Client Engagement
Greet and assist clients in the showroom, professionally presenting our furniture collections.
Recommend products including Italian Minimalist, Light Luxury, Handcrafted Mattresses, and other full-range offerings.
Project Sales & Product Promotion
Actively promote and sell the full product range to clients for projects involving villas, apartments, and public/commercial spaces.
Support clients through the whole process: needs communication, solution confirmation, order placement, and installation coordination.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist clients with post-sales support as needed.
Proactive Outbound Sales & Marketing
Demonstrate the ability to independently expand client base through outbound sales activities.
Utilize online platforms, social media, referrals, and external business development efforts (site visits, networking) to promote our products and generate leads.
Showroom & Brand Support
Assist in showroom display optimization and sales events.
Willing to collaborate with photographers and appear in product promotional videos
