Responsibilities
- Identify and understand clients’ real estate requirements through in depth consultations
- Source, present, and market suitable properties based on client needs and investment goals
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on property features, market trends, and potential returns
- Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process from property selection to closing
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including new developments and investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and finalize transactions in compliance with DLD standards
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and sales admin to ensure smooth deal execution
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or property consultant (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of property valuation, investment analysis, and local market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a customer focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and property listing platforms
