Sales Consultant role focused on student and family consultations, school outreach, business development, lead conversion, and enrolment growth.

Sales and Student Conversion
- Handle leads from school events, marketing, online enquiries, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources.
- Consult with students and parents about academic backgrounds, career goals, destinations, and budgets.
- Guide clients on universities, courses, scholarships, admission requirements, and study-abroad opportunities.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
School Visits and Business Development
- Visit schools across Qatar and build relationships with school management, counsellors, career coordinators, and decision-makers.
- Develop school partnerships and introduce study-abroad, career counselling, admissions, and student engagement services.
- Secure counselling sessions, seminars, university fairs, workshops, and parent or student information sessions.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective schools and explore new business development opportunities.
Events and Lead Generation
- Coordinate educational events with schools and represent the consultancy professionally.
- Engage directly with students, parents, and school representatives and collect qualified student leads.
- Provide initial guidance on study destinations, courses, and university options.
- Follow up on event leads and collaborate with admissions and counselling teams to maximize conversion.
Office-Based Client Interaction
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions with students and parents at the office.
- Present university and course options based on academic profiles, career objectives, and preferences.
- Explain admission processes, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, documentation, and study-abroad pathways.
- Handle objections, maintain communication through conversion, and coordinate handover to admissions and processing teams.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Sales and business development capability with a target-oriented approach.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,500–3,000 per month.
