The Sales Compensation Analyst supports recurring sales compensation administration, commission calculation support, exception tracking, data validation, and reporting activities.
This role helps ensure sales compensation programs are administered accurately and on time in accordance with approved plan rules and governance requirements.
The role supports Sales Compensation Operations by maintaining data inputs, preparing routine calculations and reports, researching exceptions, and partnering with team members to resolve stakeholder questions.
More complex exceptions, governance questions, or plan interpretation issues are escalated to the Senior Analyst, Team Lead, or Sales Compensation Manager.
As a Sales Compensation Analyst you will...
- Support recurring commission calculations, data validation, and payout preparation.
- Research and track compensation exceptions and stakeholder inquiries.
- Maintain compensation reports, data files, and administrative documentation.
- Support ICM/system updates, testing, and routine reporting activities.
- Partner with Sales Compensation team members to improve accuracy and process discipline.
