The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of incentive compensation processes, and experience working with commission systems and large datasets. The role requires close collaboration with Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, Revenue Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant commission payments while driving operational excellence and automation.
· Validate commission calculations, earnings, quotas, credits, and attainment results to ensure payment accuracy.
· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual commission processing activities, including commission data validation and payout audits.
· Investigate and resolve compensation inquiries, disputes, and escalations within established service-level agreements.
· Partner with Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate commission payments.

· Review and validate manual adjustments, exceptions, and off-cycle payments.
· Analyze sales and commission data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and recurring operational metrics.

· Collaborate with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders.
· Support annual plan rollouts, territory changes, quota updates, and organizational changes.
· Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance scalability and efficiency.
· 99.5% or greater commission payment accuracy.
· Timely resolution of compensation inquiries and escalations.
· Consistent achievement of operational SLAs.
· Successful participation in compensation system implementations and enhancements.
· Delivery of automation and process improvement initiatives.
