Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets
- Set, monitor, and evaluate individual and team KPIs
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach new and existing sales staff
- Conduct regular sales training, role plays, and performance coaching sessions
- Monitor CRM usage, lead management, and follow up quality
- Review customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and excellent customer service
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to maximize business opportunities
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching, and team development
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Must be available to join immediately

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
