Having excellent command of spoken and written English and I.T Skills, which will be tested during interview.
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Confirm appointments for consultations, measurements, and installations using the company calendar system.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders.
- Provide product information for blinds, curtains, and shutters when required, and assist customers with basic inquiries.
- Keep customers informed about installation dates, changes, or delays in a clear and respectful tone.
Sales & Order Processing
- Required to sell window blinds, curtains and shutters. Experience of this is preferred.
- Process all customer quotations and orders accurately through company software (Blindata or similar).
- Verify measurements, pricing, and fabric details before confirming the order.
- Liaise with the Retail Sales Consultants and Retail Installation Technicians daily to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues.
- Ensure all payments are recorded correctly and that invoices and receipts are filed in the shared electronic system.
- Support your assigned Brand by assisting with order processing, appointment booking, and communication through WhatsApp or email.
- Coordinate with Head Office for production updates, order tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all data entry and documentation are accurate, complete, and updated daily.
Team Coordination
- Support and supervise installation teams, ensuring they receive the correct job sheets, materials, and customer details each morning.
- Communicate clearly between Retail Sales Consultants, Retail Installation Technicians and Management to prevent misunderstandings or delays.
- Record daily job updates, customer sign-offs, and any installation feedback from the field.
- Attend internal meetings, take minutes, and share updates with your team or management.
Administration & Office Duties
- Maintain the shared digital filing system for easy access to quotations, invoices, and customer records.
- Update the online scheduling system daily — must have a good knowledge of residential areas in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
- Monitor stock requests, fabric sample usage, and handover sheets from installation teams.
- Prepare basic reports for management on sales performance, pending jobs, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist with showroom duties when required — greeting walk-in customers, showing samples, or preparing quotations.
