Responsibilities
- Close sales conversations with pre qualified leads delivered by our marketing automation and campaign systems
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and recommend the right service package
- Present solutions confidently—whether our advertising packages (LAUNCH, SCALE, DOMINATE), CRM automation suites, or production services
- Handle objections professionally and move prospects toward commitment
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission thresholds
- Maintain client relationships through the handoff to delivery teams
- Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and deal progress via HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of marketing, digital advertising, or sales
- Strong closing ability: comfort with direct asks, overcoming objections, and sealing deals
- Excellent communication skills—clear, persuasive, and professional
- Ability to work independently and self motivate in a remote setting
- Reliability: you show up, you deliver, you're in it for the long haul
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (we use HubSpot)

Key Responsibilities

- Earning Potential: High our average deal size is 25k–500k AED; strong closers regularly exceed base through commission
What Success Looks Like
- Month 1: Ramped up, familiar with our service offerings, closing 2–3 deals
- Month 3: Consistent 5–8 deals/month, strong close rate, clear understanding of each vertical
- Month 6: Optimized process, trusted advisor to clients, exceeding targets, building long term pipeline
