Position Overview

About the Company

  • GoldenArea Development is a real estate development company based in Jeddah, specializing in off plan residential and commercial projects.
  • Current portfolio includes a commercial office complex with 524 units and a residential project in North Jeddah.
  • The company is expanding and building a high performance sales team to close a project portfolio exceeding 200 million SAR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive warm qualified leads from CRM and follow up persistently until closure.
  • Conduct calls, coordinate site visits, and deliver professional presentations.
  • Handle objections (price, financing, timing, location) and convert them into purchase decisions.
  • Lead the full closing cycle from visit to negotiation to contract signing and deposit collection.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly closing targets consistently.
  • Record all interactions and stages in CRM accurately and timely.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of project details (plans, prices, payment plans, location benefits).
  • Comply with off plan sales regulations (Wafi) and Real Estate General Authority (REGA) rules.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing real estate sales with verifiable numbers.
  • 3 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Native Arabic speaker and proficient in English.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, preferably Jeddah.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection handling skills.
  • Valid real estate license (Wafi/REGA) or ability to obtain immediately (preferred).
  • Experience selling commercial and residential off plan units (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferred).

Compensation Structure

  • Base salary: 6,000–12,000 SAR depending on experience.
  • Unlimited commission per closed deal: 0.5%–1% of unit value or fixed amount per unit.
  • Additional incentives for exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Example: 1% commission on 4 units monthly at average 412,000 SAR ≈ 16,500 SAR commission above base salary.
  • No upper limit on earnings.
