Brandtoaster FZE seeks a driven Sales & Client Relations Manager to lead sales and client relations operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency in the UAE, fluency in Arabic and English, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and client relations plans aligned with company goals
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales and client relations executives
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key clients, government entities, and private institutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Develop creative outreach strategies to attract new clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, and client relations management in an Advertising or Marketing agency in the UAE
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

- Present and explain products or services clearly, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Attend and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences.
