Role overview
The Sales Centre team handles inbound calls and makes holiday reservations for members and guests.
The role is the first point of contact for guests booking holidays, road trips, and getaways.
The position is part-time, with a minimum of 24 hours per week and additional hours during peak seasons or staff leave.
Location and hybrid working
- The team is based at the Sales Centre office on Erina Street, Gosford.
- Team members work from the office a minimum of two days per week and may work from home on other rostered days.
- A suitable home office with NBN or another reliable internet connection is required.
Training and roster
- Initial training lasts two weeks and is full-time from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, at the Gosford office.
- Shifts are six hours across Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
- Full availability during weekends, school holidays, and the Christmas and New Year period is essential.
- Team members attend a monthly all-in day on a Tuesday and may work additional hours as required.
