Blazed Bakery seeks an energetic, customer-focused Sales & Cashier Associate to promote products, handle payments, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role requires proactive sales, upselling, and maintaining a clean, stocked front-of-house.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Actively promote bakery products, daily specials, and new items
- Upsell and cross sell products to increase average order value
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Operate the POS system and maintain accurate transaction records
- Ensure displays, shelves, and counters are clean, attractive, and fully stocked
- Encourage customers to try new products and place repeat orders
- Support online and delivery platform orders (Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the front of house area
- Monitor product availability and report low stock items to management
- Assist with packaging and presentation of products
- Distribute flyers and promote the bakery within the surrounding area when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, bakery, café, restaurant, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Well groomed appearance and professional behavior
- Proactive and self motivated

Compensation
- Pay: From AED 2,000.00 per month
