Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategy for Saudi Arabia, focusing on Eastern Province and key industrial sectors
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, events, and partnerships
- Manage complete sales cycle including lead generation, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
- Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, maintenance leaders, reliability engineers, procurement, and executives
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop tailored value propositions and proposals
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Represent I Sense at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
- Maintain sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets
- Act as voice of customer, sharing market feedback with product and engineering teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within industrial sectors (Cement, Steel, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water, Power)
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, especially Eastern Province
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

Your Mission
- Seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to pioneer expansion into the Saudi market, based in Al Jubayl.
- Establish I sense as leading predictive maintenance solution for Cement, Fertilisers, Steel, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water, and Power industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategy to expand presence across Saudi Arabia, focusing on Eastern Province and key industrial sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic prospecting, industry events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including plant managers, maintenance leaders, reliability engineers, procurement, and executives.
