Sales & Business Development Manager (Personal Brand / Expert Industry)

We are looking for a strong female Sales / Business Development Manager based in Dubai to work directly with an international expert in negotiations, leadership, and business growth.

This role is for someone who is proactive, results-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic, high-standard environment.

— Building and managing relationships with potential clients (CEOs, founders, event organizers)

— Selling speaking engagements, trainings, and podcast participation

— Developing partnerships and expanding business network

— Attending meetings, events, and podcasts with the founder

— Supporting client communication and deal closing

— Creating light behind-the-scenes content (iPhone)

— Based in Dubai

— Fluent English and Russian (required)

— Proven experience in sales / business development / client management

— Strong communication and presentation skills

— High level of responsibility and proactivity

— Ability to travel (EU visa or ability to obtain it quickly)

— Availability to start immediately
