Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Proven experience in securing and managing contracts related to ambulance transportation services, construction projects, factories, and industrial sectors
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, contract negotiations, and closing deals
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships and manage key accounts effectively
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and business development planning
- Strong understanding of the construction, industrial, and healthcare services sectors within Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah and travel locally for client meetings and business development activities

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah for a Sales Business Development Manager.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing ambulance transportation contracts, and building strong client relationships across construction projects, factories, and industrial sectors.
- The role includes managing the full sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth.
