ARES Security Corporation is establishing a strengthened presence in the Kingdom of

Saudi Arabia to support Vision 2030 security and smart city objectives and meet the

growing demand for sophisticated geospatial and security intelligence capabilities.

Position Overview

ARES Security Corporation is seeking an accomplished, results-driven Sales and

Business Development Manager to lead and grow its Geospatial Services portfolio across

the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This is a senior individual contributor and strategic

leadership role reporting directly to the President, MENA, and will be instrumental in

establishing and expanding ARES Security's market position within the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the Saudi security and geospatial

landscape, a robust network of relationships across government, defense, and critical

infrastructure sectors, and a demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value

technology deals.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for ARES Security's Geospatial
  • Services portfolio across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within government ministries,
  • defense establishments, public safety agencies, critical infrastructure operators, and
  • private sector clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification through
  • proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and key performance indicators as
  • established with the President, MENA.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals
  • tailored to client requirements.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with local integrators, consultants, and
  • government entities to expand market reach.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining accurate
  • and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments within the
  • Saudi security and geospatial sectors.
  • Represent ARES Security at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
  • across the Kingdom and the broader MENA region.
  • Collaborate with ARES Security's technical and product teams to align offerings with
  • evolving client requirements and Vision 2030 objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and
  • influencers across client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and account owner for key accounts within the
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing engagement, proactive
  • communication, and coordination with delivery teams.
  • Provide clients with subject matter guidance on geospatial intelligence..

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Report directly to the President, MENA, providing regular updates on pipeline progress,
  • market intelligence, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate closely with ARES Security's MENA leadership team and global headquarters
  • to align regional strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, legal, and finance teams to develop winning
  • proposals and negotiate favorable contract terms.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Geospatial Sciences, Geography, Information
  • Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Security Studies, or a related
  • discipline.
  • A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Professional certifications in geospatial technologies, security management, or business
  • development are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven sales and business development experience within the
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding
  • revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling technology services and solutions to government,
  • defense, or public safety sectors in the Kingdom.
  • Established network of senior-level contacts across relevant Saudi government agencies,
  • and critical infrastructure organizations.
  • Prior experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and long sales
  • cycles.
  • Experience with tender and procurement processes specific to the Saudi government and
  • public sector environment.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies, including GIS platforms, satellite
  • imagery analysis, and sensor integration..
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, Command and Control (C2) systems and Risk Study
  • Assessment are a significant advantage.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and nontechnical
  • audiences.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage
  • effectively at the C-suite and ministerial levels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver
  • results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • High cultural intelligence and understanding of business etiquette within the Kingdom of
  • Saudi Arabia.
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom and regionally as required.
