We're Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager (Odoo ERP) — Dubai, UAE
We want someone who can open doors, not just knock on them.
Technova is a certified Odoo Silver Partner in Dubai, delivering end-to-end ERP transformation for businesses across the UAE.
As we scale, we need a sharp, driven BDM to own our growth engine — from first conversation to signed contract.
What You'Ll Own
✅ Build and execute a pipeline of qualified ERP opportunities across UAE businesses
✅ Engage C-level and owner-level decision-makers with a consultative sales approach
✅ Lead the full sales cycle — discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
✅ Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels in the UAE market
✅ Track forecasts, monitor market trends, and report pipeline health to leadership
✅ Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to craft winning proposals
What Makes You A Fit
- Proven B2B sales record with consistent target achievement
- Background in ERP, SaaS, or business software sales
- Understanding of Odoo ERP — hands-on knowledge is a strong advantage
- Awareness of AI and automation trends in business operations
- UAE market experience and an existing network is a plus
- Strong communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
