About the Role
ICEM Engineering is hiring a Sales/Business Development Manager to drive sales of pressure vessel components across the UAE and GCC. The role requires a BE Mechanical degree, 5+ years of relevant sales experience, and an existing network in the oil & gas sector.

Responsibilities
- Developing and growing sales of pressure vessel components — dished ends, rolled shells, cones, expansion bellows and explosion bonded clad plates — across the UAE and wider GCC
- Building and maintaining relationships with EPCs, fabricators, OEMs and end users in oil & gas, petrochemical and power sectors
- Identifying and pursuing new enquiries, tenders and business opportunities in the region
- Co ordinating with the India head office — estimation, projects, QA and logistics — for quotations, order execution and deliveries
- Tracking market intelligence, competitor activity and customer requirements
- Representing ICEM at client meetings, site visits and industry events / exhibitions
- Achieving agreed sales targets and maintaining regular reporting
Requirements
- BE Mechanical (preferred) with 5+ years of relevant sales/BD experience in pressure vessels, static equipment or heavy engineering
- Existing network within the GCC oil & gas, fabrication or static equipment space
- Understanding of pressure vessel components and how EPCs and end users buy them
- Strong technical commercial selling ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self driven and capable of taking independent decisions
- Valid UAE residence visa / right to work

- Salary – as per market / industry standards.
- Preference for candidates with established relationships across the GCC.
