Responsibilities
- Develop and expand market presence for represented principals across UAE and GCC
- Identify new business opportunities in Power, Water, Wastewater, Oil & Gas, and heavy industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Engage with decision makers across client organizations to understand requirements and position solutions
- Coordinate closely with regional offices, principals, and internal technical/commercial teams
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across GCC
- Deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation preferred)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales/business development in EPC, industrial equipment, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong exposure to Power, Water/Desalination, Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects
- Proven track record in prequalification, tendering, and project sales closure
- Valid UAE driving license
- Based in UAE with flexibility to travel across GCC countries
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Role Description
- The Business Development & Sales Manager will drive business growth across UAE and GCC markets by promoting and developing business for assigned international principals (OEMs).
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and expand market presence for represented principals across UAE and GCC.
- Identify new business opportunities in Power, Water, Wastewater, Oil & Gas, and heavy industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with decision makers across client organizations to understand requirements and position solutions.
- Represent the company and principals in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and long term relationship development.
Coordination & Internal Alignment
- Coordinate closely with regional offices, principals, and internal technical/commercial teams.
- Align with engineering, supply chain, and project teams for accurate proposal development.
- Facilitate communication between OEMs and local market requirements.
Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across GCC.
- Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion and positioning.
Accountability & Performance
- Take full ownership of assigned targets and business performance.
- Deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
- Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales/business development in EPC, industrial equipment, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong exposure to Power, Water/Desalination, Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects.
