KHK & Partners is looking to hire a commercially driven
Sales & Business Development Manager
to support the firm’s growth, client acquisition and fundraising activities.
KHK & Partners is a DFSA-regulated asset management and investment firm based in the DIFC, focused on private markets, alternative investments and late-stage technology.
This is a
sales-led business development role
, not a traditional investor relations position.
We are looking for someone with a strong sales background, ideally from real estate, luxury property, off-plan sales, brokerage, asset management, wealth management or another high-ticket sales environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who has spent years actively prospecting, selling, closing deals, building networks, managing demanding clients and working in highly target-driven environments.
We want someone confident, hungry, entrepreneurial and commercially sharp, who can open doors and convert relationships into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new investors and clients
- Build relationships with HNWIs, family offices, brokers, introducers and strategic partners
- Generate leads independently through personal networks, referrals, events and direct outreach
- Drive sales, business development and fundraising initiatives
- Present investment opportunities professionally and confidently, in coordination with the investment team
- Convert prospects into active investors, while respecting the firm’s compliance and onboarding requirements
- Attend networking events, investor meetings, conferences and roadshows
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and follow-up
- Coordinate internally with compliance, operations and senior management for onboarding and execution
- Support broader commercial initiatives of the firm
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of strong sales or business development experience
- Strong preference for candidates from Dubai real estate, luxury property, off-plan sales, brokerage, wealth management, asset management sales or other high-ticket sales environments
- Proven ability to originate leads, manage a pipeline and close transactions
- Strong network among HNWIs, entrepreneurs, investors, brokers or affluent clients
- Highly commercial, persuasive and relationship-driven
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with performance-based incentives
- Confident dealing with sophisticated and demanding clients
- Energetic, proactive, resilient and entrepreneurial
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English required; Arabic, French, Hindi, Mandarin, Russian or other languages are a plus
- UAE market experience strongly preferred
