Sales Business Development Manager

Required qualifications

• Proven B2B closing experience with a record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to build a target list, reach senior technical buyers, and conduct outbound calling.
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage sequences, pipeline, and reporting independently.
• Credibility with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and resilient through long cycles and repeated rejection.
• Comfort working across UAE, GCC, and UK time zones.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and events.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience selling to MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, or another channel or partner model.
• Cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales experience.
• Working understanding of penetration testing or IT security.
• An existing UAE or GCC technology and security network.
• Experience selling into the UK from the region or into both markets.
• Arabic alongside English.
• A UAE driving licence.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI to automate database building and CRM usage.

Employment and workplace

• The role is full-time and permanent.
• The position is hybrid and based at either the Jumeirah Village Circle or DIFC offices in Dubai.
• Remote work and client-facing work are available; the role is not desk-based five days a week.
