Responsibilities
- Proactively generate, lead, and convert new business opportunities for Cathelco products across onshore and offshore sectors in the UAE and Middle East.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to support ambitious company growth targets.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and provide after sales support.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customised technical solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and major project developments across the region.
- Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and insights for management decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Proven and measurable experience in technical sales or business development—marine or industrial sector experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to open new markets and consistently drive revenue growth
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE and Middle East
- Self motivated, resilient, and capable of operating independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
