Role Overview
Leukeather is a locally made natural material being introduced to hotels, property developers, architects, and interior design studios across the Gulf.
The company is seeking a full-time Sales and Business Development Intern to identify relevant designers and build relationships with them.
The role is remote and flexible, lasts 3–6 months, and is commission-based.
Core Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted client lists across the region.
- Identify decision-makers in architecture and interior design firms.
- Maintain an accurate client database.
- Write personalized outreach emails.
- Coordinate and track material sample deliveries.
- Follow up with sample recipients.
- Arrange meetings with material specification decision-makers.
- Record interactions and next steps.
Targets and KPIs
- Work toward agreed outreach and meeting targets.
- Target 20 qualified accounts per week and 10 follow-ups per week.
- Arrange one decision-maker meeting per week.
- Coordinate delivery of 25 sample boxes per month.
