Responsibilities
- Make 50 to 60 outbound calls per day
- Book and run product demos
- Follow up relentlessly and convert leads into paying customers
- Onboard new clients onto the platform
- Build and refine the sales playbook, call scripts, and outreach sequences
- Track pipeline, metrics, and conversion numbers obsessively
Requirements
- Experience selling SaaS or tech products
- Knowledge of how to handle objections and close deals
- Experience working at a startup and helping build a sales process from the ground up
- Bonus: speak Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati
