- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management

- Minimum 3–8 years’ experience in UAE across various sectors; F&B, FMCG, HORECA sectors preferred
- Must have UAE driving license

Job Purpose
- To manage and grow the company’s relationships with strategically important B2B customers within the HORECA/Key Accounts in Retail/F&B Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong, long lasting relationships with key B2B clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment.
- Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback and insights to sales and marketing teams for strategic planning.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales databases.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–8 years’ experience in UAE across various sectors. F&B, FMCG, HORECA sectors preferred.
- Must have UAE driving License.
