About the Role
Climatech UAE seeks a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of dehumidification and air treatment solutions. The role involves building relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients across the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and end users
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and presentations
- Generate inquiries, RFQs, and sales opportunities
- Follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience dealing with corporate clients, contractors, consultants, developers, or industrial customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong relationship building and networking abilities
- Self motivated, organized, and target driven
- UAE driving license preferred
