About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic and target oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and converting prospects into long term clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle through effective use of ERP/CRM systems.
  • Experience in industrial, marine, calibration, oil & gas, or technical service industries will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and targeted customer visits.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and technical/product presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with internal teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with relevant internal departments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updating of leads, opportunities, quotations, visit reports, and sales forecasts in the company's ERP/CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–6 years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, field sales, customer acquisition, and closing business.
  • Experience managing sales activities through ERP and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM applications.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and field visits.
  • Ability to understand technical products and services quickly.

Compensation

  • Salary is negotiable based on expertise and years of experience.
  • Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month.
