Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop B2B client relationships
- Visit potential clients across Abu Dhabi and UAE
- Promote company products including uniforms, workwear, sportswear, apparel, and customized clothing solutions
- Identify client requirements and offer suitable uniform and sportswear solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals
- Maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for samples, customization, production, and delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in UAE is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and visit clients independently
- Target oriented and self motivated personality
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE market
- Professional attitude and good client handling skills

Job Summary
- ES Premier Uniforms & Sportswear is looking for a motivated and target driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate should have previous UAE sales experience in the apparel industry, uniforms industry, construction materials sales, building materials sales, industrial supplies, or related B2B sales sectors.
- A valid UAE driving license is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop B2B client relationships
- Visit potential clients across Abu Dhabi and UAE
- Promote company products including uniforms, workwear, sportswear, apparel, and customized clothing solutions
