Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for packaging and consumables printing solutions
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and present company products and capabilities to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG, retail, food, pharmaceutical, and industrial customers
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Work closely with production, design, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of business development or sales experience in printing, packaging, or consumables
- Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC packaging and printing market
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

Job Overview
