Job Description
- We are a well-established interior design & turnkey fit-out company in the UAE with over 10 years of experience, including in-house carpentry and full execution capabilities.
- We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to actively generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close profitable fit-out projects.
- Work information
- Onboarding: Upon starting, you will be provided with our company history and profiles, along with necessary data, a company email, and a phone for WhatsApp usage. Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in interior design, architecture, luxury fit-out, or high-end real estate sectors in the UAE ( You have a proven, demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. )

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 7500 AED, basic salary of 4800 AED & 2700 allowances.
- Commission: 2–5% (based on project value)
- A highly attractive, uncapped commission structure heavily weighted to reward exceeding targets and closing high-profit projects. On-Target Earnings (OTE) are expected to be in the range of AED 15,000 - 20,000+ per month.
- Transportation: Transportation charges will be covered for confirmed meetings and site visits only, upon request All outdoor visits must be verified by management. These visits should result in new contacts, leads, or project data, with follow-ups conducted via email and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads from our digital channels (social media, website, email) from initial contact to contract signing on new & old client inquiries.
- implementing and diligently maintaining a CRM system to ensure every lead and client interaction is tracked and managed systematically.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Qualify leads based on project size, budget, and seriousness.
- Actively follow up to close deals.
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline, Daily and weekly updates.
- Support payment follow-ups (advance & milestones)
- Planning & Strategy: You will be responsible for arranging weekly plans and strategies for acquiring new leads within the luxury and high-end sectors. This includes target build-ups and mind maps for client communication via visits or cold calls.
- Reporting: A daily end-of-day report and summary, including the plan for the following day, must be submitted before leaving the office.
- Daily KPIs: You are expected to cold call at least 120 clients daily (50% from company data and 30% from your own generated leads). All calls must be followed up with a WhatsApp message summarizing the call and introducing the company. Additionally, 10% of your calls should be dedicated to following up on old clients and previous quotes.
- Weekly KPIs: Starting from your second week, you are expected to hold at least 5 meetings (online, at the office, or on-site) and share at least 3 quotes with a combined value of 150k.
- CRM Management: Your daily CRM sheet must be submitted in Excel format, organized to show call details, follow-up dates, meeting trackers, and summaries of hot leads.
- Documentation: You will be responsible for arranging BOQs based on client requirements and sharing quotes.
- Pipeline Tracking: A pipeline tracking record must be updated and submitted every weekend, showing total deal values, active leads, and deals in progress. Deals older than 7 days should not be included.
- Monthly Targets: The target is achieving 250k monthly with a pipeline of 600k.

- Please note that underachievement days will be considered non-paid days.
- Furthermore, any unscheduled day off may impact follow-ups and will be calculated as three days off, and a lack of monthly pipeline achievement will result in the payment of the basic salary instead of the total salary.
