Role Description

  • This full time, on site Sales Business Development role is based in Dubai.
  • The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Acuvat Auditing’s financial and auditing services, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • The individual will conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and will prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • The role also includes meeting sales targets, reporting on business development activities, and contributing to strategic initiatives that support growth in key markets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial and market data to identify business opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear business writing, presentation skills, and the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and converting leads into clients.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research skills to evaluate industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem solving, and long term client satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management within auditing, finance, or professional services is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of auditing, accounting, taxation, and local UAE VAT and excise regulations is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, is desirable.
