Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Acuvat Auditing’s financial and auditing services
- Prospect, generate leads, and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams
- Meet sales targets and report on business development activities
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial and market data
- Excellent Communication skills, including business writing and presentation
- Lead Generation skills with experience in prospecting and pipeline management
- Market Research skills to evaluate industry trends and client needs
- Solid Customer Service skills
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management within auditing, finance, or professional services is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of auditing, accounting, taxation, and UAE VAT/excise regulations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Role Description
- This full time, on site Sales Business Development role is based in Dubai.
- The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Acuvat Auditing’s financial and auditing services, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
- The individual will conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and will prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- The role also includes meeting sales targets, reporting on business development activities, and contributing to strategic initiatives that support growth in key markets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial and market data to identify business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear business writing, presentation skills, and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and converting leads into clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to evaluate industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem solving, and long term client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management within auditing, finance, or professional services is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of auditing, accounting, taxation, and local UAE VAT and excise regulations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, is desirable.
