Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve short term and long term business objectives
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Develop and manage key accounts across the UAE and GCC
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage channel partners and business partners across the region
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Promote and sell enterprise RFID and software solutions to prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and service agreements
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for pre sales activities, site surveys, and solution feasibility assessments
- Ensure smooth post sales engagement and timely collection of payments
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, Software Solutions Sales, or RFID/BLE Technology Solutions
- Proven experience selling to Retail, Fashion, Government, Hospitality, Healthcare, Banking, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of the UAE market; GCC exposure is an added advantage
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative and solution selling skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Professional, self motivated, and relationship focused approach
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
