Position Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Business Development & Sales Manager with a strong background in Fit Out, Interior Design, Construction, and Contracting industries.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, securing projects, and expanding the company's presence in the market.
  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fit out, interior works, construction, hospitality, retail, offices, F&B, residential, and commercial projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects, project management companies, and contractors
  • Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects
  • Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects and potential clients
  • Develop long term relationships with key decision makers
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, capability statements, and company profiles
  • Lead commercial negotiations until project award
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and operations teams
  • Achieve annual sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports
  • Identify tenders through various platforms and market channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 8 years of experience in Fit Out, Interior Design, Construction, or Contracting business development
  • Strong network within the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets

Required Skills

  • Proposal and tender preparation experience
  • Client relationship management
  • Vendor registration and prequalification experience
  • Commercial awareness and contract understanding
  • Ability to read drawings and project specifications
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation software

Pay

  • SAR 6,000.00 SAR 8,000.00 per month
