Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fit out, interior works, construction, hospitality, retail, offices, F&B, residential, and commercial projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects, project management companies, and contractors
- Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects
- Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects and potential clients
- Develop long term relationships with key decision makers
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, capability statements, and company profiles
- Lead commercial negotiations until project award
- Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and operations teams
- Achieve annual sales targets and revenue objectives
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports
- Identify tenders through various platforms and market channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in Fit Out, Interior Design, Construction, or Contracting business development
- Strong network within the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred
- Proven track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proposal and tender preparation experience
- Client relationship management
- Vendor registration and prequalification experience
- Commercial awareness and contract understanding
- Ability to read drawings and project specifications

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Business Development & Sales Manager with a strong background in Fit Out, Interior Design, Construction, and Contracting industries.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, securing projects, and expanding the company's presence in the market.
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
