About CYBEX

  • CYBEX is a global leader in child safety products including car seats, baby carriers, children's furniture, and strollers.
  • We are seeking a Sales Business Analyst to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area.

Your Seat to Fill

  • Ensure flawless execution with retail partners through effective sales support, product listings, pricing management, promotional coordination, and account management.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards, analyze sales trends, customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and market opportunities, and provide monthly insights and recommendations.
  • Manage new product launches across Canadian retail partners, including item setup, A+ content implementation, pricing coordination, and other listing requirements.
  • Coordinate promotional planning and execution, working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams, while evaluating promotional ROI.
  • Support the onboarding of new retail partners and manage evolving customer requirements, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other operational processes.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure strong in store execution, deliver staff training, support events, and gather customer insights.
  • Own relationships with assigned independent specialty retail accounts, including sales budget delivery, forecasting, buyer engagement, and retail partner management.

Your Stroll to CYBEX

  • University degree required; a Business related degree is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience, with internship experience considered a strong asset.
  • Previous experience within a consumer goods or retail environment is preferred, ideally in a customer facing capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required, along with a strong aptitude for digital systems and technology.

Location & Salary Range

  • Location: Greater Toronto Area. Currently the role works out of home office with in person team meetings multiple times a month at flex spaces within West Greater Toronto Area.
  • Salary Range: CAD 55,000 CAD 65,000 with bonus.
