About the Role
CYBEX seeks a Sales Business Analyst to support retail partners with sales support, reporting, product launches, and promotional coordination. You will analyze sales trends, manage listings, and conduct store visits.

Responsibilities
- Ensure flawless execution with retail partners through effective sales support, product listings, pricing management, promotional coordination, and account management
- Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards, analyze sales trends, customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and market opportunities
- Manage new product launches across Canadian retail partners, including item setup, A+ content implementation, pricing coordination
- Coordinate promotional planning and execution, working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams
- Support onboarding of new retail partners and manage evolving customer requirements, including EDI and other operational processes
- Conduct store visits to ensure strong in store execution, deliver staff training, support events, and gather customer insights
- Own relationships with assigned independent specialty retail accounts, including sales budget delivery, forecasting, buyer engagement, and retail partner management
Requirements
- University degree required; Business related degree preferred
- 0–2 years of professional experience; internship experience considered a strong asset
- Previous experience within consumer goods or retail environment preferred, ideally customer facing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Strong aptitude for digital systems and technology

- Manage new product launches across Canadian retail partners, including item setup, A+ content implementation, pricing coordination, and other listing requirements.
- Coordinate promotional planning and execution, working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
- Support the onboarding of new retail partners and manage evolving customer requirements, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other operational processes.
- Conduct store visits to ensure strong in store execution, deliver staff training, support events, and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Own relationships with assigned independent specialty retail accounts, including sales budget delivery, forecasting, buyer engagement, and retail partner management.

Location & Salary range
- Location: Greater Toronto Area. Currently the role works out of home office with in person team meetings multiple times a month at flex spaces within West Greater Toronto Area. There is potential for future in office work environment.
- Salary Range: CAD 55,000 CAD 65,000 with bonus
