Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn
  • Interest in sales or business development
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Notion) and platforms like LinkedIn is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies (FinTech, Saas, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Reach out to key decision makers (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, CEOs)
  • Present Hailaman in a clear and compelling way
  • Schedule demos for the sales team
  • Qualify potential leads
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM
  • Continuously improve outreach approach based on performance and results
