Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Promote and sell products by understanding customer needs and making recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, display areas, and work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
- Support daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets
Requirements
- 2 3 years of proven experience as a Barista and/or Sales Associate
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales oriented mindset with ability to upsell and cross sell
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary

- Ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, capable of preparing high quality coffee and beverages, and confident in engaging with customers to drive sales
Key Responsibilities
