Role Overview
Full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi.
Supports prospective learners and enrolled students through admissions and sales activities.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and respond to walk-in and phone inquiries.
- Explain Board360 programs and certifications and guide individuals through registration and payment.
- Maintain lead and enrollment records and follow up with interested candidates.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent information and smooth service.
- Handle sales administration, prepare counselling materials, and provide a welcoming professional experience.
- Coordinate with team members to meet enrollment targets while maintaining learner support standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for explaining programs and engaging with learners and families.
