Role Overview
The Sales Associate creates a warm, inclusive, and confidence-building experience for every Knix customer.
The role combines personalized product guidance, customer connection, and sales performance in a retail environment.
The Opportunity
- Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all customers.
- Listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right products and fit.
- Work toward sales targets and use KPIs such as AOV, CVR, and UPT to support service and performance.
- Stay knowledgeable about the product assortment and current promotions.
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor.
- Support visual standards, organization, and general store operations.
- Escalate issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty as required.
About You
- Customer service or retail experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.
- Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and manage multiple customer interactions attentively.
- Able to read customer cues and tailor interactions to create a welcoming experience.
- Able to handle difficult customer interactions and objections.
- A collaborative team player who helps keep the sales floor positive, productive, and customer-focused.
