The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane.

This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients in home care, fabric care, air care, personal care, beauty care, and fine fragrance segments, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The Sales Executive will conduct client meetings, present fragrance solutions and ENCAP technology benefits, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals in line with company targets.

The role includes maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, coordinating with the R&D and production teams for custom fragrance requirements, and ensuring timely order execution and after-sales support.

The Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather competitive intelligence, prepare sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

• Proven skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, lead generation, and account management within FMCG, fragrance, or allied industries.
