Compensation and Benefits for

• Full-Time Work
• Starting Rate: $17.25 with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $20.01 achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.

• Days and hours are dependent on business needs. Please be aware that the needs of our business include evening and weekend work. Fulltime employment as a Sales Associate is on average 35 - 40 hours per week.
